They make electro pop music in the tradition that Depeche Mode,Human League,OMD and Soft Cell did before 27 years. Marsheaux could be a paraphrase of Marseilles as well as the last name of a sexy French actrice.
Marsheaux could also mean the resurrection of Greek electro pop at a time when the term has been identified with melancholy and grief.

Not in this case however.Their name is an combination of their names: Marianthi and Sophie!
The two girls from Thessaloniki, decided to turn the love of their lives into a profession. And now they are the new princesses of Greek electro pop...
They became famous from the radio with the cover of Pop Corn (2003) but that was just the beginning, a small taste of what was to follow. What followed was E-Bay Queen (2004) , a pop record which proved that Greek electro pop has nothing to be jealous of similar group from abroad. Magazines wrote for E-Bay Queen:
